Living to 100?

It is a possibility but something I try not to think about too much.

I saw this website http://www.livingto100.com on someone's facebook page and I couldn't resist clicking on the link. I feel that I'm in good health. I exercise as much as I can. I try to limit the fast food intake. I don't smoke at all or drink heavily. I always wear my seat belt and I always drive the speed limit. I pretty much follow the golden rules for living a healthy life (minus a few steaks here and there...lol)

But what does that eventually equal?

According to the aforementioned website, I'm going to live till I'm 87 years old based on my responses to their survey. I've always been an overachiever, so I'm still going for 100.

Only 87?

Hope you didn't tell em you work in the newspaper biz, cuz that'll chop 5-10 years off your score!

I did one of those questionnaires once and it subtracted a year because I was black. If I was white or asian I could expect to live to 93.

Go Figure
