Who was your television crush?
I'll give you a few clues about mine growing up.
She was black. She had long hair. She had a million-dollar smile. She was the youngest of four children on a sitcom. No homework was done between 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m on Mondays nights because I was watching her on NBC.

Tatyana Marisol Ali.
Lately, I've caught the reruns of the Fresh Prince of Belair on Nick@Nite and I can't even remember how many times I've whispered at the screen, "Tatyana will you marry me?"
When she released her first (and ONLY CD) "Kiss the Sky," I had to be one of the 50 people that bought it. I even joined her fan club on her website.

Tatyana was supposed to be my girl. If i had the balls to propose to her (in person) when I saw her at a Harvard party back in 2002, my life might be different. My affection turned sour when
I found out that she was taken.
I was like cool...some brother is a lucky man. Only one problem, she wasn't into brothers...AT ALL! Surely, this must be a mistake. She had a Panamanian mother and a Trinidadian father. But how did that equal to dating only white boys?
I doubt our paths will cross again, so I'm very skeptical I'll get an official answer.

LOL wow this takes me back...my TV crush was Dwayne Wayne from A Different World (the later years) and none other than Stephon Urkel' (Steve Urkle's non-nerdy counter part). LOL there, I've said it, I have a thing for intelligence...sexy nerds. Way, way back when was Leroy from FAME....what was I thinking?
I have plenty of TV crushes Niecy (Moesha) aka Shar Jackson bka Kevin Federline's baby mama; Lena James (A Different World) aka Jada Pinkett bka Jada Pinkett Smith; Maya Wilkes (Girlfriends) aka Golden Brooks bka Smarter Than You Think (Check Out Sister's Degrees), and Raynelle (In the House) aka Gabrielle Carmouche bka Too Pretty For Porn (Yes sadly she has become a porn star....same fate as The Family Matters girl)...So Sad, So Sad!
I will not divulge that information here, but I will say one of my crushes was on the Cosby Show!
My TV crushes... Alyssa Milano from Who's the Boss?, and I think that's it. I used to have a thing for Laura Winslow, but that's it.
Lisa Turtle...from saved by the bell and Thelma from Good Times. But I had it bad for Stacy Dash...Good GOD.
Kevin Arnold from the Wonder Years (the classic example of a nice guy) and the oh-so-fine Julian (Whitley's boyfriend before Dwayne) on A Different World... lol
