The Miami Dolphins, the hottest team in the NFL, defeated the playoff-bound New England Patriots, 28-26, in Foxborough, Mass.
Miami quarterback Gus Frerotte (top photo) passed for 239 yards and one touchdown and running back Ricky Williams (bottom photo) rushed for 108 yards and one score. The Patriots didn't play their starters long in a game that wouldn't hurt them even if they lost.
The Patriots, the two-time defending Super Bowl champions, are the AFC's No. 4 seed and will host No. 5 seed Jacksonville next weekend.

lololol. i would've had a heart attack if the panthers lost today!! geez they tried to give me a coronary.
i hate when top teams B!tch up and give wack-a$$ efforts and lose when they should not. that shT really makes my stomach turn.
I think Belichick didn't want to get their star players hurt in a meaningless game. San Diego quarterback Drew Brees got hurt in a meaningless game and he could be out a long time.
